In coordination with El Paso County, Colorado, and in conjunction with zoning, animal control and ordinances, foster homes with placed animals will adhere to the governing laws found here: https://www.hsppr.org/law/laws-ordinances . This agreement also considers any other county or city in the state of Colorado where a foster is placed. Foster homes will maintain this law while an FFTF foster is placed in their home, and at any time this is not followed, FFTF reserves the right to remove any foster from the home.
